Acceptance

By downloading or using Lastly ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licence

FT Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Lastly on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's iCloud data via the App's sharing features.

Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter in the App. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and synced.

iCloud sharing

When you share an activity with another iCloud user, you grant that person the ability to view and log that activity. You are responsible for only sharing with people you intend to. You can stop sharing or remove participants at any time from within the App.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FT Studios does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or viruses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FT Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
